Our 5 Standing Postures
Part 1: Raising hands, Chopping to the left and stepping into single ward off
Part 2: Turning to the East into Ward Off
Part 3: Ward off, Roll Back, Press, Split and Push
Part 4: Sit back & Chop to the left, sit back and Chop to the right, step to west into Single whip
Part 5: Turn to north, Raise hands, Roll back, shoulder bump, turn West into white crane spreads wings
Part 6: Brush knee to left
Part 7: Play the guitar, brush knee to left
Part 8: Brush knee to right, Brush knee to left, play guitar, Brush knee to left
Part 9: Flying fist, step through parry and punch, split into push.
