Hi, I'm Matt Hudd and in this free online course I will teach you the basics of Tai Chi.

Although Tai Chi may sound mysterious, recent studies have shown that it can have a number of profound effects on the body and mind including:

Matt Hudd has been studying martial arts including Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Tai Chi and self defence for over 40 years.
Matt teaches martial arts classes to 100's of students every week at his full time martial arts school in Hereford.
