Introduction & the start of Section 2: Send Tiger to Mountain
Part 2: Roll back through to push
Part 3: Chop to Left through to fist under Elbow
Part 4: Repulse the Monkey X 5
Part 5: Shoulder bump to north east through to Left Brush Knee
Part 6: Needle to the bottom of the sea right through to Parry and punch
Part 7: Waving Clouds
Part 8: -Split, grasp sparrows tail, single whip, waving clouds X 9 into Single whip.
Part 9: Pat high horse, draw the bow, kick right, draw the bow, kick left, thrust kick with left leg, brush knee to left, brush knee to right, brush knee left and punch low
Part 10: Fan through the back, yin and Yang fist, body punch, flying fist, split, single ward off, thrust kick, stand and hit tiger, stand and hit tiger to left.
Part 11: Step into single ward off, Split hands, Right Thrust Kick, drape hands, thunder through the ears, garb and sweep leg, Split and right thrust kick, body punch, step through parry and punch and finishing off section 2.
